The Burton & Robinson Agency Theatrical department consists of a mix of adult talent with strong recognizable credits to hip and edgy up-and-coming young adults under 21 years old. We scout talent everywhere; community theatre, high school plays, university drama departments, internet, and we also heavily rely on professional referrals.

We encourage aspiring actors to attend accredited acting classes and to work as much as they can in either their high school drama departments, university drama schools or in their community theatre. There are opportunities in every city and town for actors to keep improving their craft. We are told constantly by casting directors that they love to see actors with strong credits from the theatre. It is also something we look at when we consider actors for representation.
